Who said you can't make gin with real Christmas pudding?!
 
This very limited release gin (only 50 bottles) and just in time for Christmas, pays homage to my grandparents' Christmas Pudding recipe that has been passed down, with the tradition of making them each year.
 
This luscious gin has all of the hallmarks of delicious Christmas pudding; Christmas fruits, brandy, butter and spices, coupled with the beautiful warmth of our Statler's Bendigo Dry Gin makes for a dangerously easy drink!
 
This gin is meant to be drunk either neat or over ice, or with a small splash of soda to give it some pop. 
 
We've only lightly filtered this gin as we want to retain as much of the pudding characteristics as possible. Settling will occur, so give that bottle a shake before pouring.
