After 5 long years, our first American Whiskey is finally ready to be released!
 
Made in a Tennessee Bourbon style, from 100% Australian grown corn, barley and rye, we matured this whiskey in a brand new American Oak barrel (medium toast/heavy char), we are releasing this beautifully balanced whiskey at 45% ABV.
 
Lovely caramel and vanilla notes, with rich oak and spice, a mellow smoky undertone and hint of grain sweetness round out this delicious whiskey.
