The Phoenix Gin is the first collaboration between Morris Lane Distillery and Rothesay Estate.
 
We wanted to create a gin that highlighted the best of both products. The gin is our Statler's Bendigo Dry Gin, giving the drink it's citrus forward notes and the delicate plum and cherry from the Cabernet Sauvignon.
