We've take our Statler’s Bendigo Dry Gin and aged it for 6 months in an ex-Chardonnay barrel. The colour is pale gold and the flavours are hints of oak, citrus, peach and vanilla.
We'd strongly recommend drinking this over ice with no mixer.
